Drafting Draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) on Management Center for Analysis and Crisis Control of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT).

The management center oversees and regulates more than 20 ministries and state agencies in analyzing national terrorist threats and controlling crises resulting from the threats.

The program included in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 2025 concerning the 2026 Presidential Regulation Drafting Program.

Marapi’s role is to assist BNPT and the Inter-Ministerial Committee (PAK) in completing the following tasks:

Final Academic Paper
Draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) complete with explanations
Regulatory Harmonization Matrix

The program runs for one year until the Presidential Decree is issued. Marapi itself has assisted as a consultant in the implementation of the program starting with a series of Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and the completion of the proposed urgent draft and the Presidential Regulation Draft in the last 2 years ago.
